Patrick, the seafood was cooked just right and yes the tomato sauce had a lingering warmth and great mouth feel. Virginia longs for an other serving of your pecan pie so desert will dictate when we order next week.

That Seafood tagliatelle has got to be the best thing yet you've made. It was excellent. I got the white sauce. Have that again shrimp perfectly cooked and pasta was sublime. Had a glass of chablis with it.
